Super easy: Backofen auf 180°C Umluft vorheizen, Deckel vom Glas ab und 35 Minuten auf die unterste Schiene. Der Fleischkäse bloppt dann von alleine aus dem Glas raus – genial!
Unser grober Fleischkäse hat eine rustikale Textur mit richtigem Biss – perfekt für alle, die es herzhaft und deftig mögen. Die feine Variante ist glatter und zarter. Beide schmecken hammer!
