Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery), promptly and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

return costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Cancellation is not possible for perishable goods or products that are sealed for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Fresh foods that can spoil quickly.
  • Goods which are sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Products made individually for the customer or tailored to his needs.
