Unser Döner-Style Fleischkäse bringt zwei absolute Klassiker zusammen: saftigen Fleischkäse und den typischen Geschmack vom Dönerladen. Kräftig abgeschmeckt mit einer ordentlichen Döner-Gewürzmischung und natürlich bei uns in der Metzgerei hergestellt.
Warm aus dem Ofen, dick aufgeschnitten und ab ins Brötchen – oder einfach direkt auf den Teller.
Und jetzt kommt das Wichtigste: Knoblauchsoße dazu ist eigentlich Pflicht. Ohne geht schon – aber warum sollte man?
Einfach zuzubereiten, schwer zu vergessen:
Backofen auf 160°C Umluft, Fleischkäse rein, 55 Minuten warten. Außen wird er schön kross, innen bleibt er saftig.
Lieferzustand und Aufbewahrung:
Der Fleischkäse kommt gekühlt bei dir an. Innerhalb von 10 Tagen genießen oder direkt einfrieren. Kühl lagern, nicht über +7°C, oder bei -18°C einfrieren.
