St. Louis Ribs sind was für alle, denen an normalen Rippchen einfach zu wenig dran ist. Der Cut stammt aus dem Bauch-/Brustbereich des Schweins und wird sauber rechteckig zugeschnitten. Dadurch sind die Ribs schön gleichmäßig, ordentlich fleischig und bringen durch ihren höheren Fettanteil richtig Geschmack mit.
Perfekt für Smoker, Grill oder Backofen: langsam garen, schön glasieren und am Ende gibt’s saftige, kräftige Ribs mit ordentlich Fleisch zwischen und auf den Knochen.

Gefroren versendet
